Community Manager
We’re a small, independent mobile games studio building creative play experiences in Unreal Engine. Our first project is a 3D digital dollhouse focused on self-expression, storytelling, and playful tools.
We’re audience first, collaborative, and driven by craft. We trust each other to do our best work, move fast when it matters, and learn from every risk we take.
What we’re looking for:
Someone that is excited to work with and engage our audience and gameplay: primarily female teens and tweens looking for creative ways to build and style homes and tell stories.
We’re a small tight knit team so we’re looking for someone that wants to be involved in setting strategy and approach early, but is also excited to get hands-on, engage the audience and create content.
What you’ll do:
Establish the channels we want to use to engage our players
Highlight trends, interests and player needs and collaborate on roadmaps for content, features and events that we believe will resonate with our audience
Create a plan for communicating the game to fans and analyse feedback
Create content such as newsletters, social media events, images and videos
Engage with ambassadors, influencers and others in the community and talk on their level
